The order will be confirmed by the supplier by means of an automatic acknowledgement of receipt. This automatically sent e-mail serves only to inform you about the successful data transfer. It does not constitute a binding contract and is not yet considered an acceptance of your order. Acceptance (conclusion of the contract) shall only take place upon the goods being sent by M. Lachat Weedtzerland.

All prices are shown gross in CHF Swiss francs and include tobacco taxes.

The provider reserves the right to change the prices at any time. The prices quoted in the order confirmation sent by e-mail, letter or fax shall be authoritative. In case of delivery delays or errands, the daily price on the day of order shall apply.

Discounts are not included in our calculation, therefore premature payment is never entitled to deduction.

3.1
Unless otherwise stated, delivery costs are charged to the buyer and are not included in the product price. The shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart. As soon as you select a delivery type such as “Post Economy” or “Pickup”, the gross price will be displayed. Delivery prices will be shown as gross and will be calculated when the address is typed in. Customs duties are charged to the buyer and are not included in the gross price.
If you would like to collect your order without having chosen the delivery method “Pick-up in Lucerne/Buch SG/Vaduz” you have to contact M. Lachat Weedtzerland by email to info@weedtzerland.ch at an early stage, if the order has already been shipped, no change can be made.

The delivery time of the articles is usually 2-4 working days.
We usually ship all deliveries / orders by Swiss Post. Under no circumstances shall exceeding the delivery deadlines result in claims for damages or a right of withdrawal from the contract.
The supplier cannot be held liable for loss of the goods during shipment. However, we will always be able to help you settle a claim.
