Right of revocation / right of return

Weedtzerland takes back goods in perfect original packaging within a period of 14 days from delivery. Excluded from this are:

sealed articles which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection / hygiene and whose seal has been removed after delivery
cigarette paper (RIPS,RAW,OCB,ELEMENTS,SHINE) for hygienic reasons and
Food / Beverages
A copy of the delivery note or invoice must be enclosed with the return shipment. A note about the reason for the return is mandatory. The costs for the return shipment shall be borne by the customer. In case of late return or damaged original packaging we can refuse the return. If the customer has returned the goods in due time and proper condition, Weedtzerland will refund the purchase price less delivery costs. Damage to the products must be reported by the customer to Weedtzerland within 24 hours after acceptance of the delivery/products by e-mail stating the invoice number and a description of the damage.
